Our Story

More than Great Food

I am a Chef with many years of experience and I always aim for perfection in quality and taste in my cooking. I believe that the keys to success are preparation, standard of work and quality of ingredients. That’s why I always use finest and freshest ingredients in my Curry Takeaway. 

I was brought up in Fermanagh. When I was a child, I remember my mother was always cooking. She spent all hours of the day on making traditional Indian dishes. Can you imagine the smells and aromas spreading around the house?! Yeah, exactly, it caused an irresistible desire to taste and eat all the delicacies she was making.

I loved watching her as it was interesting and fascinating at the same time what she was able to cook by mixing just a few ingredients and adding specific spices. It made me understood spices more and more whilst growing up.

A Little Taste of India - Learn

It also gave me the desire to learn the techniques and ways of cooking as well as gather as much knowledge and information as possible about the Traditional Indian Cuisine along with homemade recipes passed from generations to generations, as those are the best! Additionally, the love for food caused me to crave even more to make this my profession. And that’s how I became a Chef!

Authentic Recipes Reimagined - Wife

I’ve married a wonderful woman who shares my passion of traditional cooking and love of food. Her name is Richa. She comes from the mountain side of India from where she brought her traditional ways of home cooking. She specialises in Vegetarian and Vegan Indian food.
